Return rules
1. We generally accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition (excluding products marked as non-returnable on the site). *For pre-order items, we offer an extended return window of 30 days. *
*If an item is returned after the applicable return period (15 days for standard items or 30 days for pre-orders), we may need to ship it back to your default delivery address at your expense. *
Please note that we do not accept returns beyond the specified timeframe. If an item is sent back after the allowed window, we reserve the right to return it to you and charge the associated shipping costs.
2. Conditions you must comply with in order to be able to exchange your product purchase or receive a credit are stated below:
In order to receive an exchange or credit for your return, you will need to pay for the eligible items to be returned to our warehouse at your own expense.
3. Original shipping charges and duties are non-refundable and for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-returnable rules
Items which are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded unless there is a quality issue.
· Items marked as flash and final sales are not returnable unless they are defective, no match their description or fail to perform as described.
FAULTY ITEMS
1. A refund, replacement or credit will be offered for product/s deemed faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match the description. Please contact our Customer Experience team at admin@wildblueyonder.au so we can assess, investigate and resolve this issue for you.

3. If applying for multiple faults, you will be required to provide a photo of all items and their faults. So that we can clearly identify the issue.
4. Our Customer Experience team may require you to send back your products for inspection, and it is recommended you use a tracked postage service when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.
5. We will cover the cost of shipping to replace products which are faulty, not fit for purpose or which do not match their description. Requests must be received through admin@wildblueyonder.au.
GIFT CARDS/VOUCHERS
No refunds will be provided to purchased gift cards.
Return Policy for International Customers
For customers outside Australia, return labels are currently unavailable. You will need to return the item at your own expense.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel the order, please contact us at admin@wildblueyonder.au and provide your order number and state the reason.
