Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. International rates and duties may vary.
Customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations.
Garments with limited edition tags or final sale items are not eligible for international delivery.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or delayed, first, check with your local carrier and neighbors.
If unresolved, contact our support team at admin@wildblueyonder.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
